What is collected
The Pool House form collects your first name, email address, consent, signup source, and signup time. The contact form collects the information you enter, including your name, email, inquiry type, and message.
Why it is collected
Pool House information is used for the access and updates you requested. Contact-form information is used to review and respond to your inquiry.
Sharing
This version does not sell your information. Contact-form submissions are relayed through FormSubmit to deliver the message to the Jay-K Musik inbox and may be temporarily retained by that service. Checkout links may take you to an external service with its own privacy policy.
Your choice
You can request removal or correction through the contact form or by emailing info@jaykmusik.com. A one-click unsubscribe link will be included before automated email campaigns begin.
